You will receive information regarding the inbound schedule based on the arena you are placed in. There is a single door for each arena. You can unload outside and drive or push you vehicle in or pull you trailer inside. Your trailer must be removed immediately after the vehicle is removed. Exhibit material must be in your vehicle or brought in after the trailer is removed. There will be an on site location provided to park all trailers. Your vehicle may be pushed to you exhibit space or driven, your choice. There will be personnel in the arena who will guide you to you location. You must follow their instructions.
Move-Out:
Move-Out will begin only after the advertized close of the show and after trophy presentation has been completed on Saturday. There is absolutely no teardown or vehicle removal until that time. Vehicles can be pushed or driven out of the arena only after the aisles are cleared of pedestrians and the aisle covering is removed. Trailers can be pulled into the arena one at a time in the order that they are lined up outside the arena. Again, there will be personnel in the arena who will guide you out. You must follow their instructions.
All exhibitors must be cleared from the building facilities Sunday 5:00 PM. unless weather prohibits.
